Tune the musicians' guitars, do sound checks, and take part in creating mind-blowing rock shows. An adventure with big responsibilities but you will be rewarded with an unforgettable experience that will have you smiling for a lifetime.

How to get your roadie skills.
Setting up the stage, sound checks, taking care of the band and their instruments – the roadies' tasks are various. The band relies heavily on their staff and you must be ready. Don’t worry – the audio experts at Sennheiser are happy to equip you with all the relevant skills you need to get the job done. The contest winner will attend our special “StageMeister” workshop and gain expertise on sound and stage equipment. On tour, there will be a professional sound-engineer by your side for your support.

How you can win?
